Advent Calendar

This knitted advent calendar is fun and easy to make. Add a new pouch every day and fill it with treats after kids go to bed. We reinvented the rules and only pillaged the pouches after Christmas and the sweets served to ease the post-Christmas blues 🙂
YARN
• Any yarn will do for this project. Use your criteria to create a truly personalised bespoke calendar. You may use re-cycled yarn, odds and ends or the most luxurious yarn you can get your hands on. You can also play with the colour scheme. The possibilities are endless. It’s up to you!
• Colourful ribbons (these, again, can be recycled or new).
NEEDLES & NOTIONS
• I used DPN’s size 2.5mm, but you can use any size needle you please
• Crochet hook size 2.5mm (as above)
• Yarn cutter or scissors
• Tapestry needle
• Measuring tape
GAUGE
Gauge is not important for this project.
PATTERN
Stockinette stitch for circular needles:
All Rs: K.
SIZE
Cusomizable.
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
